Stillllll Crocheting Christmas Socks
Since it is impossible to type and crochet at the same time my blog seems quite neglected the last couple of weeks. However, I have now finished 21 of the 40 Christmas stockings from my list (Yes it keeps increasing in number). Most of the others I have completed the fronts and backs and have to put the names on, sew them together, and do the cuffs …. whew! I know how Mrs. Clause must feel trying to meet her Christmas deadlines!
I’m just saying … I would like to be blogging but have to be crocheting …

Wow, what a project you have undertaken. I haven’t started on my Christmas projects yet, just can’t get motivated. How about us getting together? Love you.
You’re a saint Edna! I would have given up long ago. Doing the same thing over and over drives me nuts, just like eating the same old thing over and over does. I annoy my hubby to no end with this difficult trait, but take me the way I am or don’t. Your family is very lucky. Happy holidays to you all!!!!
Ours up and hanging – and they are so nice and pretty! I have watched Edna’s fingers going going going through our visit…..it makes me tired to watch! It is sure fun to have Edna and Lynn here with us for a visit – it has been so long since our last one. All you folks who are getting stockings are in for a nice treat! Not too many of us put in that much effort with the gifts that we give …. seems like the ‘old days’ to see someone do this.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OF YOU … AUNT ANN
Edna,
I”m so impressed that you’d commit to make that many “things” in one season. I started making Christmas alphabet books out of old Christmas cards, a couple of years ago, and just barely finished the 7th one… You’re much more ambitious than me!
Janet, It is so nice to hear from you after all these years! You won’t believe that the night before I heard from you I dreamed about you! There is a lot of catching up to do!
Merry Christmas! Hope you had a wonderful day!
