Anna: “Are you making something?”
Me: “I’m making booties.”
Anna: “Mom, Grandma said ‘booties’.” (This followed by hysterical laughter.

Yeah old words with new meanings are funny. Get a picture of this: I wear my ‘thongs’ around the house all day. Now that could be followed by a lot of ‘gay’ laughter. aahh old words new meanings are funny!
That is so cute! I wonder if I could pay you to make me some little white booties to go with the babies blessing outfit. I’ve been trying to find some at the store, and I saw the ones you made and they are so cute! Let me know! Thanks, Sami samiphilcarter@gmail.com
Sami I would love to make the baby some booties and NO you can’t pay me! What’s a great aunt for anyway?
