Motorola Razr … No Longer Lost
After spending two wonderful months watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean we packed up our belongings yesterday and moved north to Warren’s driveway. He has a nice spot to the side of his house that we can park our motor home and tie into his electricity and it is nice to be here with his family for a while.
On our way here we stopped at Kim and Brett’s house to get our little car. It was there that I discovered my cellular phone was missing. I searched and searched the motor home and my pockets and purse and it was nowhere to be found. Lynn was helping me look and I told him, “search beneath and under cushions because I remember tucking between something so it would be safe … still no luck. Calling it we went straight to the message.
We finally determined it must have fallen out of my pocket when we stopped to fill up the propane tank. My son in law, Brett, thought he had an old phone hanging around that I could use but I already thinking of replacing my old Motorola Razr with a nifty new, smarter one.
I was sitting in Kim’s family room when I heard the familiar bleep of my phone when it is back in a service area. I hurried and looked in my purse and pockets … no phone. Several minutes later I heard another bleep … “What the heck?” Suddenly I remembered what I had tucked it safely between … near my heart.
I guess this means no new phone in the near future.

LOL oh how this conjurs up a few witty one liners (aimed at myself) because i have done this very thing! how funny we are tho with out ‘safe places’ that end up more unsafe than just leaving it in a ‘regular’ place eh? LOL

Funny. I have done the same thing! More than once. Take care.
Ha ha ha ha ha! I love it! I’m glad you found it though, new phones are nice, but sometimes a pain!
hehe Next time set it on vibrate – you’ll find it faster lol
I use that handy space myself a lot of times to tuck things away. I agree with Ann. Set on vibrate.
It would have been found a lot sooner if I were allowed to search.
