Learn Their Language

I just had a language lesson from my 7 year old grand daughter. I asked her to check the dog’s piddle pad to see if she’d used it. She came back and said, “Yes she did it. She did Number Three.”

“Number Three?” I asked. “You mean she did three poopies?”

‘No, Number Three means she did Number One and Number Two, but it is easier to just say Number Three. I could tell you about the other numbers but I don’t want to gross you out,” she informed me.

  1. That is great. What a funny little girl. Luca would get a laugh out of that.

  2. Awwww, that’s cute.
SuburbanHippie.com related a similar story of one of her young boys learning to count, announcing the number of “poops” he had made in the toilet.

I’m glad she spared you the details!
Did you #1 when she told you?
