Holy Smackaroli
I think I slightly jumped the gun on my manuscript! Talk about a naive first writer! I have spent the last few days going over, reformatting, editing … soooo much work! I’m learning that the hard part isn’t writing the book the hard part is getting it ready to be read and printed!
Give me a few days and it will be ready for your viewing pleasure. I hope nobody spent money on it yet! If you downloaded it to read the story that isn’t changing, of course, but I have made it look much nicer and picked up more of the errors … I’m sure it will still need editing when I repost it but you will notice the changes I’m sure.
NEXT time I will do a lot of the things as I go that I am doing after the fact and it will be much easier to catch things. Oh well. Don’t give up on me! I think it will be good!

I know exactly what you mean. I thought I was done after I wrote mine and sent then even sent it publishers. Yikes! Then I easily spent 3X longer editing than it took to write…
I’m impressed, Edna. I would LOVE to read your book. It sounds great. Will you send me the link to your book?
I’m going to try and spam your blog.
Love ya!

That’s what I meant when I wrote you once that the real writing begins after you’ve finished writing. I checked on it, and in my opinion it’s humming along quite nicely.
