Amateur Photography … but … still …
Mossy covered trees covered in dust from the well used gravel road. Kind of eerie, huh?
This looks like the perfect spot for a scary movie. I for one would hate to be alone in this forest in the dark.
I loved this lazy river. I imagine there are plenty of times it is not lazy.
Just one of the interesting places in Ocean Shores.
Three little fawns grazing right along side of the road peaceful as can be. This is in the middle of a residential area … I’d love to live there! I wish I could have got a picture of the three raccoons that we had to stop the car for so they could cross the street. I couldn’t get my camera out fast enough.
So many beautiful flowers … and so many pollens floating in the air!
I don’t know … there isn’t a lot of explaining to do about these pictures … they are just places and things that I’ve loved to see. I love it here.

Very interesting pictures! Glad you post them!
Beautiful photos. My husband and I were just talking last night about how much of the earth we will never get to see. I commented that with todays technology and resources we can probably visit almost anywhere on the earth using cyberspace to at least see and learn.
Thanks for sharing your little part of the world with me. So happy to hear that you are enjoying your travels.
What gorgeous places to visit…
It’s such a peaceful area. My stress level increases the second I pull onto I5 on my way back from the beach.
Hi Edna. It’s always fun to catch up with your life on your blog posts. Your cloudy skies look much like ours, but after 31 days of rain, we have had blue skies and SUN for the last 3! It has been wonderful. I read the post about the beach…we have been feeling sorry for ourselves all summer because we have to throw the ol’ jacket on before we head out the door. You, Lynn, and Fresca are looking good!
